If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and warranty cards.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our service center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our horologists will inspect the watch. Approved returns will be processed for a refund within 5 business days.
